Drawing from Tacktics’ proven corporate leadership programs, this training distills the most impactful elements into a focused, hands-on day. Guided by Tacktics’ internationally certified facilitators and our highly attuned horses, this globally-acclaimed course reveals powerful insights you can’t access in a traditional classroom. Horses provide immediate, honest feedback, showcasing your individual communication patterns, leadership energy, and emotional awareness. With this immediate feedback, participants are given the opportunity to engage new strategies in real-time throughout the arena course.
Through these facilitated experiential activities, reflection, and practical tools, participants will gain deeper awareness of how 5-way communication, emotional regulation, and leadership presence affects others (often before a word is ever spoken).
In addition to classroom learning and arena courses, participants will receive Tacktics’ comprehensive EQ Assessment with a personalized written report by our certified EQ coaches. This will provide a snapshot into each individual's emotional intelligence ‘score’ in each of the 5 competencies. After training, a follow-up assessment can be purchased.
Participants will develop skills in:
- Clear, grounded 5-way communication
- Leadership presence & influence
- Giving and receiving feedback
