About this Event
Session overview:
Leading change is often one of the most challenging parts of any leadership role, especially when growth or transition depends on it.
This in-person session presented by Alex Walker and Ella Overshott focuses on how leaders can bring people with them through change, not push them through it.
Using a practical, people-engaged approach, we explore the key stages of change and introduce simple, effective tools to support each one, from creating clarity through storytelling, to empowering teams to take action, to embedding new ways of working. Along the way, we’ll unpack the emotions that come with change, how to spot when people are stuck, and what leaders can do to help them move forward.
Outcomes to better equip leaders for the change involved in growth:
• Understand the four steps required for people-engaged change
• Better appreciate the psychology and emotions of change
• Leave with practical tools to engage people with change (taster)
