Did you know that in Grade 6 36% of girls say they are self-confident, but by Grade 10 that number plummets to only 14%?At Zone Athletics, we believe in empowering girls+ to become confident, strong communicators, and creative thinkers.
We're ready to TACKLE these statistics and empower girls in Belleville and the surrounding areas to reach their full potential.
We invite the Leaders of Tomorrow to join us for a 4-day leadership and empowerment camp on July 2nd to 5th, 2024!

Led by Coach Rachelle, this small group camp (10 spots in total) will be filled with activities that increase confidence, build friendships, encourage leadership skills, and explore fun ways to move our bodies.
This camp runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for girls+ ages 8 to 12 years old. Early Bird pricing of $199+HST is available until March 20th, 2024. On March 21st, the price of this camp increases to $249+HST.

About The Facilitator: Coach Rachelle holds three degrees from Western University and Trent University, including a Masters of Management. She’s the Marketing Director at Zone Athletics and co-owner of a marketing agency called The Tidy Biz. She is passionate about physical activity, leadership, and helping the leaders of tomorrow accomplish their goals and dreams!
