Lead & Flourish

A welcoming, termly half-day programme for Headteachers and Heads of School new to this important role in the Church of England context.

Whether new to headship or experienced but new to Church schools, this session will guide you through the distinctiveness of Church school leadership. Covering key expectations such as SIAMS and Church of England guidance, it will help you understand what’s different, what matters, and who can support you.

You’ll leave with greater confidence, practical insight and a clear sense of how to lead a flourishing Church school grounded in its Christian vision.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a multi session course and there is an expectation to attend all 3 sessions. Your booking will enroll you into all 3 session dates which are listed below.
