Quality is a fundamental element of successful construction projects, yet it is often viewed too narrowly as a measure of the finished product alone. This CPD session will explore the principles of quality management and demonstrate how a holistic approach to quality can deliver better project outcomes, reduce risk, and improve overall performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the difference between product quality and project quality, the role of key stakeholders, and how effective quality management supports health, safety, sustainability, and project success.
