League of Legends LCS Watch Party — Week 8
We're back at The Wheel South for another LCS Watch Party for the most anticipated series of the entire split!
Join the ATX League of Legends community on Sunday, August 30th from 3:00–8:00 PM as we catch two huge matchups featuring the top 4 teams in the LCS.
Team Liquid Alienware vs. LYON headlines the day in a battle between two of the best teams in the league, followed by another marquee matchup between Cloud9 and Shopify Rebellion.
Whether you're a longtime LCS fan, new to competitive League, or just looking for some people to watch the games with, come grab a drink and cheer on your favorite teams with the Austin League of Legends community.
Riot is also sending a care package! We will have free swag to give out thanks to their distirbution partner, Rally Cry.
Finally, we also have a Discord server where we chat about all things esports, commiserate with each other on our ranked woes, and play some norms together on the First Friday of each month!
Logistics
No admission fee! But please reserve a free ticket so we can get an accurate headcount.
The Wheel has been an awesome home for our watch parties, so please support the venue by grabbing a drink or two from the bar while you're here. Our bartender, Campbell knows the community well and always takes great care of us. Mocktails and non-alcoholic options are also available!
There will be a food truck on site, and you're also welcome to bring in outside food.
