Laylas been kicking butt and taking names!! She walks with no assistance now, her handwriting is improving every day too! It's strange to think that just a few weeks ago we thought Layla may have lost use of her right hand, but in true Layla fashion she showed us all how hard of a fight she has!! Layla was given the opportunity to have the news media do a story on her and her recovery! Layla will have an interview on September 30th to film it and then we want to invite anyone and everyone to be a part of her graduation or "clap out" on October 1st at 1pm in the main lobby of Children's Hospital of Michigan where additional media will be filming and a majority of the hospital staff will be seeing her out of therapy!!

A tentive October 5th for discharge if no complications
