• Be guided into deeper states of mental release through yoga nidra prompts.
• Be physically supported by restorative postures and props.
• Be soothed by candlelight, and uplifted by aromatherapy intended to support a positive emotional state and alleviate symptoms such as depression, anxiety and insomnia.
