Guided Meditation and Sound Therapy: Close your practice with a deep relaxation session, breathing in the natural aromatherapy of the farm as the morning breeze rolls through.
Lavender U-Pick: Your ticket includes the experience of wandering the rows to pick your own bundle of fresh lavender to take home.
Farm Exploration: After class, enjoy the serene atmosphere of Mousse Hill, take photos, shop holistic lavender products and connect with the community while sipping Lavender Iced Tea and grazing on light snacks.

What to Bring:
Yoga Mat and Blanket: We recommend bringing a blanket to place under your mat for extra cushioning and protection from the farm ground.
