Summer Inner Light SeriesBreathwork • Yin • Sound
A four-part journey to awaken your inner light through breathwork, paired with rotating yin yoga and sound healing sessions, experienced outdoors in the embrace of nature.
Rooted in the rhythms of summer and held in intentional community, each gathering invites you to soften, open, and embody your inner glow.
Your Experience:
Each session is intentionally curated as a full-body, immersive journey: Gentle arrival + grounding in circle
A thoughtfully woven theme with space for journaling and inner reflection. Guided meditation to settle the body and mind
A transformational RESET Breathwork experience to release stored emotion, support the nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner light. Yin yoga or sound healing (rotating each session) to deepen integration and restoration. Spacious time to reflect, share, or simply be held in the experience. A soft, communal closing to complete your journey.
Investment:
$35 per single session
$90 for the full four-part series
Preparing for Your Experience
This series is held outdoors, allowing you to be fully immersed in the support of the natural environment.
To ensure a comfortable and easeful experience, we invite you to:
Arrive with sun and/or bug protection already applied
Dress in loose, comfortable layers that allow for unrestricted breath and movement
Bring a journal, pen, and water
Please avoid food and excess liquid 45 minutes prior to your session.
Light hydration or a small snack is welcome, though a full stomach is not recommended for breathwork.
In the event of inclement weather, sessions will be thoughtfully relocated to Glo Studio in Coldwater, Michigan.
Additional Details:
Yoga mats recommended, blankets, and eye covers will be provided for your comfort
(you are always welcome to bring your own personal items)
A mandatory waiver must be completed prior to attending
What Is RESET Breathwork?
RESET Breathwork is a three-part, conscious connected breath pattern that differs from traditional pranayama practices. It works by activating the vagus nerve and autonomic nervous system, sending signals to the deeper layers of the subconscious mind and body.
This process allows stored emotions and energy to surface, be somatically released, and integrated—creating space for profound healing and lasting transformation.

What Is Yin Yoga?
An art of the deep release, a slow, meditative practice designed to target the body’s connective tissues and quiet the mind followed by Breathwork which clears the pathways. Through long-held postures and intentional stillness, Nicole helps you peel back the layers of daily stress to find the "Glo" beneath. Whether welcoming the high energy of summer on or the grounding shift of autumn, her guidance will leave you feeling rooted, spacious, and completely restored.
What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath experience is designed to help guests unwind, reset, and reconnect through calming frequencies and guided relaxation. Using crystal quartz singing bowls, the session creates a grounding atmosphere that encourages deep rest, clarity, and meditation
