The intangible qualities of yoga often leave us feeling at ease, stretched out, zen'd out, and more at peace with the world. This session takes a deeper look at yoga as a mentally, spiritually, and physically healing practice.
You will also experience an extended 90 minute asana session exploring a variety of yoga modalities, inclusive of Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga.
**The course is based on the book: How Yoga Works by Michael Roach which is required reading if attending.**
This session is led by Nick Orser, E-RYT500.
