Latino Outdoors NYC | Sound Bowl Meditation & Tea Ceremony w/ Tia Colon

Start your morning with a gentle meditation and tea ceremony in the award-winning community garden, Cooper Street Garden! We’ll enjoy an assortment of teas, followed by a sound bowl meditation to help us relax, recenter, and reinvigorate ourselves! Feel free to bring your own tea cup and any snacks you’d like to share with the community, otherwise, we’ll have plenty of both on hand for all!

This event will be facilitated by longtime environmental advocate and community member, Tia Colon!
