Help SICABE celebrate 15 years of building the capacity of bilingual /multilingual activists, artists, and educators in Southern Illinois to identify local cultural talent and to share in authentic experiences for learning in the arts.
We have vendors signed up, an open mic for local artist to sign up for a song or two, a band joining us with some danceable Latin music some activities for kids and there's still room for more folx to join us. Contact [email protected] for more information on how to join in on the fun festivities.
