This is our last chance to meet up before the big event at SyFy Bartow. If you cannot make this event please keep the following things in mind:Please show up early and help with setting up. If you come later, then please help with the breaking down of the Outpost.
If you intend to do any lightsaber choreography the first thing you need to have is an approved Jedi/Sith costume to wear, the second is to have a choreographed fight planned and rehearsed.
We will be doing our fights throughout the day at our Outpost location as well as running drills.
We can show patrons how to use a lightsaber if the space allows for it, but we need to take care and make sure no one walks into the area we are doing it in.
If you have a new costume you want to wear you need to submit it to the [email protected] address for review.
Also, our space is for members attending the event with us and working with us. If they are not an approved member they cannot store their stuff at our booth. If they are an approved member they need to be working with us at the event and not just stopping by to say hello and drop off their gear and go off to another group.
Bring essential items such as food, water, sunscreen and your costume items.
