Due to unforeseen circumstances, this 17 November 2024 Sunday event could potentially be the last FindYourTribe! event. Thanks everyone who have joined our past events.

Every participant will have a mission to complete to win prize. First, participants will be split into different tables with ratio of ladies to gentlemen, 1: 2 per table. Time will be allocated for participants to interact with each other seated at the same table through interactive icebreaker missions and human bingo game.

Participants can decide whether they want to play the icebreaker and human bingo games which we have provided or just chit chat or do all. It is flexible and up to participants to decide.

Once the allocated time of 20 min is up which you will know when the organizer rings a bell across every table, it will mean that it is time for rotation. How you will be rotated will be mentioned on the piece of paper which you will receive on the actual day. For each round of rotation, usually 1 lady and 1 gentleman at the table will remain in their seats while the rest at the same table will move to another table based on what is mentioned on the piece of paper which they receive. This will then repeat for every rotation.

For the last two rounds of rotation at 5.20pm and 5.40pm, it will be totally free and easy. This means that everyone at the event can move to any table of their choice as long as the table is not fully occupied.

At any time of the event, participants who have completed the human bingo mission and is eligible for prize, may at any time approach the organiser to receive attractive prizes.

As this 17 November 2024 Sunday event could potentially be the last event we will ever organise, we will be giving out triple the number of prizes than usual.

SPECIAL: We will also be giving out $1 discount coupon to every participant which can be redeemed to purchase any food or drink item from the drink stall at the venue.

One day before the actual day of event, we will be sending an email to all who registered via the google form with further instructions on how the mission works.

Admission Fee: $7 for ladies, $15 for gentlemen
(payment via cash or Paynow on day of event)

Dress Code: No specific dress codes. Feel free to dress comfortably and appropriate for the event.

Side notes:
1. We have booked the venue for this event at a cost. Hence, we appreciate your understanding that both ladies and gentlemen, a small amount of event fee is required.
2. The age group 18-39 is an indicative guideline. You are welcome to attend if you are a few years either side of the guideline.
3. Kindly note that smoking, vaping and outside food are not allowed at event venue.
