This community-focused class combines wellness and fun through an intentional 45-minute all-levels yoga flow. After the class, join us for a social gathering to enjoy a non-alcoholic, mood boosting drink by Kava Sol. It's a chance to connect with others who are also exploring this lifestyle – whether you're sober-curious, living alcohol-free, embracing a California sober lifestyle, or just want a healthier option, you're all welcome here.

Tickets: Cost is $35 and includes yoga flow, community discussion, and a drink at Kava Sol.

About Tamra:

Embracing yoga over 15 years ago, Tamra found solace in its practice, especially during her transformative decision to become alcohol-free over 3 years ago. Now a certified Yoga Alliance RYT-200 instructor, she founded "Last Call CLE," a yoga social for the sober and sober-curious. She's a true connector and an advocate for making yoga accessible to all.

In the professional sphere, Tamra is the Director of Partnerships for the Marketing AI Institute. She leads immersive mindfulness sessions for tech events, helping people connect deeply with themselves and tap into their potential.

Tamra exposes her own lust for life outside of her professional commitments by challenging her mind and body through CrossFit, breath work, cold exposure training, and meditation. She's a proud mother of two active boys and is deeply rooted in the vibrant community of Cleveland.
