Athletes will converge on Fort Lauderdale Beach for Florida’s Premier Multisport experience, the Las Olas / A1A TRIATHLON! Proudly brought to you by Integrity Multisport™. When you race, be sure that you “Race with Integrity™”. Athletes will enjoy a warm salt water swim in full view of spectators. The bike course is set against Fort Lauderdale’s sandy beaches along A1A. The run consists of a scenic route along Fort Lauderdale’s beautiful beach boulevard. Spectators will have plenty of opportunity to cheer on athletes as they run down the final finishing chute.
Friends, family & music welcome the athletes through the finish line. The Las Olas / A1A Triathlon is a multi-faceted event featuring 3 race distances and 3 different races (triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike).

Sprint Triathlon (S-500m, B-14K, R-3.3K) – 1/3 Olympic Distance
Sprint Duathlon (S-1.5K, B-14K, R-3.3K)
Sprint Aquabike (S-500m, B-14K)
Intermediate Triathlon (S-1K, B-27K, R-6.7K) – 2/3 Olympic Distance
Olympic Triathlon (S-1.5K, B-40K, R-10K)
