LARGER THAN LIFE SCIENCE | Stack the Halls
About this Event
Stack the Halls
Building a Smarter Biotech Capital Stack
The traditional venture round isn’t always enough, and for many founders right now, it’s not the starting point either. Grants, venture capital, strategic investors, foundations, family offices, and partnerships are all on the table. Combining them takes more than resourcefulness; it requires a strategy.
REGISTRATION
Please enter your Name, Title, and Company EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on your nametag, also please wait to fill out ADDITIONAL INFORMATION or you will not be registered. Thank you!
A mixed capital stack can get you to your next milestone. It can also create a messy cap table, lock up rights you’ll want later, or raise flags for investors down the road.
Join LaunchBio and BioLabs for a practical conversation about building a financing structure that works—not just for today’s raise, but for the ones that follow, too. Our panel will explore where different sources of capital fit in a life science company’s timeline, what investors look for when evaluating your existing financing structure, and the mistakes founders often make when piecing it together.
Come in holiday attire. We’ll be giving prizes to the top three best dressed. Cheers!
