When times are dark we all need some light. Light to represent Hope. Lanterns of Hope is all about Hope. The event will begin with a wonderful parade of illuminated lanterns all handmade by local people and groups to show and spread hope within our community and within our hearts. The parade will be followed by words and music by local performers alongside non professionals, some of whom have never been on stage before. The event will open the Crook Hall Blossom celebrations. Out of the darkness of winter comes spring. Spring greets us with blossom which gives us hope for brighter days.
