Lambeth Launch: The Centre for Collaboration in Community Connectedness
About this Event
Communities across Lambeth have a long history of coming together to support one another, share knowledge and create change. However, like communities across the UK, we face growing challenges from the rising cost of living, to the loss of community spaces and the impact of climate change.
The Centre for Collaboration in Community Connectedness is a new national research project exploring how stronger connections between people, organisations and places can help communities build resilience and shape their own future.
The Brixton Project is bringing this research to Lambeth. Over the next four years, we'll work with residents, community organisations and local partners to explore how stronger relationships can support thriving communities.
Join us on 15 September 2026, 1 - 17.30pm at The Brixton Project Space to explore 'community connectedness' together, learn more about the project, and help shape this exciting new piece of research.
