Join us! For a soothing, meditative experience that involves immersing oneself in a soundscape created by the playing of singing bowls. Lakeside or floating in the water.
The purpose of a Sound Bath is in promoting relaxation, stress reduction and emotional well-being through resonate sound waves. Calling our bodies into a restorative state.
What to bring: yoga mat, cushion, blanket. Something to lay on or float in. Bring your comforts! Please also bring finger foods to share. Something simple and enjoyable.
We’ll be gathering behind the gate of a private boat launch (pictured above) in Walden. Upon entering Walden, take the first left, which is Aspen Drive. Follow to the end. We’ll have someone there to open the gate. Please be mindful of the start time so that our gate volunteer can join in.
