Join us for a powerful and restorative cold plunge experience on our beautiful pond dock. Nestled in nature, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with your breath, body, and the present moment in a safe, supportive space. Breathe. Immerse. Awaken. Bring a change of clothes and a towel there are showers available. Wear your yoga clothes or shorts, tank or t-shirt whatever you feel comfortable in its your experience.
