Lake Life Art Camp invites young artists (kids completing 2nd-8th grade) to explore the beauty of the lakeshore through hands-on artmaking. Inspired by sand, rocks, water, driftwood, beach glass, and other natural treasures we find along the beach, campers will create original artwork using materials that reflect lake life.
Along the way, we’ll learn some art history, famous artists, and basic art theory and composition, all connected to our lakeshore theme.
The week will conclude with a special art show on Friday from 12:00-1:00, where family and friends are invited to celebrate the campers’ creativity and finished work.
