Join us for Cherry Creek State Park's inaugural Lake Appreciation Day on July 11th, 2026! It is a community celebration dedicated to promoting environmental stewardship, water quality awareness, and safe recreation on and around Cherry Creek Reservoir. The day will begin with a community project from 8:00–11:00 a.m. followed by interactive educational booths and exhibits highlighting lake ecology, clean water, boating and water safety, and ways to help protect this treasured resource for future generations. You are welcome to drop in and out or stay for the entire event.
