About this Event
Join us for a festive, free autumn open house at the Laguna Environmental Center! Take a guided walk through our native plant demonstration garden at 11:00am or 12:00pm, explore the beautiful grounds, and visit Watershed Moment, a new letterpress art exhibit in Heron Hall by North Bay Letterpress Arts. Some of the exhibiting artists will be on hand with a working letterpress to give live demonstrations!
As part of the day’s festivities, the Milo Baker Chapter of the California Native Plant Society (CNPS) will host their annual native plant sale in our shared nursery. It’s the perfect time to add habitat-friendly plants to your garden and learn more about California natives.
Suzanne Bontempo, environmental educator and IPM Advocate from Our Water Our World and Plant Harmony, will also be available at an information table to share sustainable gardening tips and eco-friendly pest management advice.
We’re proud to offer this event in collaboration with all of these partners. Thank you for joining us to celebrate the season, explore the native plant landscape, and connect with art, nature, and community.
