Looking to build strength, boost confidence and feel empowered in a supportive, women‑only environment?
Join our bespoke 4‑week Strength & Conditioning programme, designed specifically for women of all abilities. With just 12 spaces available, this studio‑based programme allows for a more personalised experience and expert coaching throughout.
Led by Leyna, an experienced coach currently completing her Exercise Science degree at Stirling University, you’ll be guided safely and effectively through every session.

Build strength, confidence and consistency in a supportive, small‑group environment designed just for you.
This 4‑week, studio‑based programme is perfect for women who want to:
- Improve strength and fitness
- Learn proper technique with guidance
- Feel more confident in training
- Train in a welcoming, non‑intimidating space
With a maximum of 12 participants, this small group format allows our coach to provide individual support, corrections and encouragement throughout every session.
👩🏫 Your Coach – Leyna
Leyna brings a real passion for helping women feel strong and capable. She is currently studying Exercise Science at the University of Stirling, combining academic knowledge with practical coaching to deliver safe, effective and progressive sessions.
