Neurodivergent Adults Support Group Meeting

The group extends an invitation to adults with autism, ADHD or AuDHD to join them for an informal gathering. This invitation is also extended to adults that don’t have a formal diagnosis but identify with any of the above conditions.
It’s an opportunity for neurodivergent adults, in Dunfermline and surrounding areas, to make friends, feel less socially isolated, exchange ideas and informal advice.
Tea and coffee will be available, and if you’re able to bring along a wee packet of biscuits to share with friends, then that would be great.
If you prefer not to mingle, because you feel socially awkward, then that is equally fine. No one will be judging you, it’s all about being “in the room” with like minded people and feeling comfortable and safe.
Because together we make a difference.
