We are very excited to be able to offer this course again, it's been too long since the last one.We had incredible feedback the last time, so we aim again to deliver value with an honest, practical look at the real complexities of self‑defence.
Self-defence training is not easy because self defence is messy, unpredictable and you need to think and react quick.
This course is not designed to turn anyone into experts overnight but aims to give people a starting advantage, essential understanding, practical tools, and a realistic appreciation of how to protect oneself.
The goal is awareness and confidence, not perfection.
To deliver the value we want and offer realistic advantage... the course is 9 hours long, but split into three, 3 hour sessions (across 3 months).
This works well! It's give people time to reflect, process the content and of course rest, it's an intense course. Returning refreshed to recap and take on a little more content and try new things.
