Three years. Hundreds of connections. One incredible community of women. So many amazing women have been with us since the very beginning, and seeing the friendships, relationships and support that have grown through Ladies on the Shores means more to me than I can say. My heart is full! ❤️
Join us on October 26th from 4–6 PM at the Mount Paul Community Food Centre, 140 Laburnum Street, as we celebrate together!
✨ Renowned Chef Tombs will be creating incredible appetizers — only $15 per person
☕ 5Bean Brewbar will have delicious regular & decaf coffee
& non-alcoholic beverages
🎨 Kamloops Art Party will bring the fun with “Pucker & Paint”magnets — only $7 per person to create something special to take home (optional)
🎤 Our fabulous speakers will be Cheryl Stock – Second Wind Exercise Therapy and Roxi Hermsen – Kamloops Art Vortex
