Here’s how we’ll guide you to release, restore, and reconnect:
Meditation: Begin the day with a calming meditation to ground your energy and open your heart to healing.
Sound Bath: Let the soothing vibrations of sound bowls help clear stagnant energy and bring balance to your body and mind.
Empowered talks where each of your facilitators will share short and powerful ways they walked through their grief.
Create Your Salt Blend: Infuse your own healing salt blend with love and intention to take home—a beautiful tool for self-care and cleansing.
Movement: Gentle, guided movement will help you release grief stored in your body, creating space for peace and renewal.
Sister Share Circle: Close the day in sacred connection with other women, sharing experiences, wisdom, and angelic card messages.
