For years, women working behind the scenes in building and trade businesses have told us how much they value having a place where they can step away from the day-to-day demands of business and family life and spend time with other women who genuinely understand their world.

Conveniently located just off the Eastern Freeway, this new venue provides a comfortable and professional space where we can have deeper conversations, learn from one another, and create meaningful connections.

About your facilitator - Colleen Sinclair is the founder of Building Connections, a thriving community supporting small business owners in the building industry — especially the women holding it all together behind the scenes. Known as The Business GP (Grow Potential, Greater Perspective), Colleen brings 35+ years of experience in leadership, business growth, and is a certified coach and ecredited Edisc practitioner. Her events are real, relatable, and full of heart.
