The workshop will be split into 2 parts
Children 10:00 - 11:00
Ladies 11:30- 14:00
We will also be having Cambridgeshire police down supporting and helping with the workshop
On the Self Defence workshop we will be covering....

✅ Basic but effective techniques
For the children we will be covering...

✅ Dos & Don'ts
✅ What to shout
✅ Awareness
✅ Basic but effective techniques
FEE: £5 minimum donation (cash only) or a new toy.
All proceeds will be going to help under privileged children at Christmas.
