About Mollie

Mollie Windmiller is the owner and co-founder of LAB, a creative agency in Minneapolis that values connecting brands with the community through creativity and collaboration. LAB launched in 2014 as a place to connect with the community through creativity & collaboration. LAB has organically grown significantly each year bringing creativity to the community through creative services, community events and brand experiences. Ultimately, providing inspiring content and experiences to our community, and connecting brands to their audience in real life, in memorable ways.

In 2020, Windmiller Design Group, Mollie's creative agency of 12 years in Minneapolis merged with LAB to offer a more robust platform and exceptional design services to better support our clients and community through creativity.

In the earlier years of starting Windmiller Design Group, Mollie served as the Creative Director of Artful Living Magazine, one of the top independent boutique lifestyle magazines bringing the best of the North and beyond to an affluent audience with impeccable taste. Her love for creatively connecting brands to their ideal audience and offering exceptional experiences have carried through in her endeavors ever since.

Mollie is a true Minnesotan at heart - loving and embracing every season - she and her husband and two girls live in Minneapolis, MN and enjoy spending time up north at their family cabin.

HOW TO GET TO LAB

Our address is 1629 Hennepin Ave S, and when you arrive, please enter through the historic brick alleyway behind Cafe Lurcat. As you walk down the alley, you will see double doors labeled "1625-1629". Enter through these doors, head up the elevator to floor 3R, and come down the hall to our studio!
