NOTE: LCHE will use the data and relationships generated through the tour to advocate for interventions and policy change to improve population health across Louisiana. The Tour will contribute to building solidarity between different rural regions of the state, and mobilizing stakeholders to act to address the key social and structural issues shaping rural health outcomes. The LA40by2030 Team will synthesize and analyze information from the Tour meetings into a report to share with stakeholders: policymakers, researchers, health and business professionals, and the public at large. Participants in the LA40by2030 Tour meetings will have access to the final report. Data and stories collected in the report will be used by the LCHE Team in support of advocacy for policy changes to improve population health, particularly in rural Louisiana.
