Get ready to balance your mind, body, and spirit with a mat pilates session followed by a Bible study and activities that you can partake post workout class with your besties!

No experience needed & Equipment provided —just bring your Bibles & Journals! Can't wait to see you there!

Each attendee will be receiving a personalized floral bouquet with your name on it alongside breakfast goodies to fuel you up post workout

We have ordered prayer board supplies ahead of time so if you would like to participate in this activity, feel free to bring your own board or take one we will be providing

Come for the class and stay for the fellowship where hearts can be healed and renewed
