La Paloma’s First-Ever Vegetarian Hot Wednesdays

La Paloma’s Hot Wednesdays are back on October 9th! Chef Alex Fargas welcomes Simran Savlani of A Spark of Madness for the FIRST-ever vegetarian Hot Wednesday collaboration, priced at HK$488 per person. 

Chef Simran, an innovative Hong Kong-based chef and cookbook author, will bring her plant-based magic to La Paloma. Diners can anticipate mouthwatering creations like the Gambas-No Gambas “al ajillo” with garlic sauce and Tomato Bread with Spark Mad Honey and olives.
