Vegan tacos and beer!
In Mexico we have a lot of dishes that does not include meat or animal products...for us is normal, we do not call them Vegan food, we just call it food. Usually, our mothers at home serve more than once per week some meatless meal and those are so tasteful!
We are taking Kuja´s kitchen for a day and offer you some delicious Cactus ceviche and vegan tacos (vegetarian version would be available). Ah...our tacos are also 100% gluten free and our salsas home made ;)
Come and enjoy some delicious casserole tacos with beer...perfect combination against kaamos!
