La Leche League Canada’s Breastfeeding Essentials class will help you prepare for the arrival of your baby and your breastfeeding journey.
You will learn about:
*Preparing to breastfeed
*Basics of positioning and latching
*Establishing your milk production
*How to know your baby is getting enough milk
*How and where to get support
Prior to the class you will be sent an email with more details including the meeting location (for in-person meetings), the Google Meet link (for virtual meetings), and Leader contact details
