Date: 05 October, 2025 (Sunday)
Time: Walk starts at 09h00
Route: North Beach Amphitheatre to uShaka and back.
Medals, caps, and water for all walkers!
Join us to show your solidarity, get fit, enjoy the sunshine, and raise awareness about mental health.
