Get geared for the weekend and make it a great one! Join in on the class which runs on a weekly basis for everyone regardless of your experience with Tai Chi.

P.S. Every Monday 9am Ladies Tai Chi Classes take place at the Essenwood Park. A Monday Mixed group class starts at Berea Congregational Church Hall at 6pm.
