- Building Your Team: Learning how to successfully construct and organize powerful, action-driven ALC teams.
- Goal Setting & Vision: Aligning with the Operating Principal (OP) and Team Leader (TL) to establish the business planning, growth goals, and vision for the local Market Center
- Cost is $1800 per MC which includes 3 people day 1 and 9 people day 2. Any additions are $249 per person per day.
