Kundalini Yoga returns this Sunday!

I’m looking forward to returning after the winter break with a Kundalini Yoga class starting this Sunday, January 25th (10:00–11:00am) at The Yoga Center of Denver.
This practice is not about self-improvement as a never-ending project. It’s about returning to what’s already here—your steadiness, your clarity, your inner authority.
In class, we’ll work with kundalini movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to support the nervous system, clear mental noise, and restore connection. My approach is practical and integrated: tools you can carry into real life—into conversations, boundaries, decisions, and the everyday moments where sovereignty and choice matter most.
What to expect
• Breath + movement to reset and regulate the nervous system
• Mantra + meditation to strengthen focus and inner clarity
• Simple practices designed for remembrance and integration
