Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini is the yoga of your untapped potential. It is a practice that incorporates movement, mantra, meditation, chanting and powerful intention with your teacher, Sandra Payne's powerful guidance & awareness of the energy moving within the room that is asking to be seen, felt, and transformed.
Kundalini Classes this summer will focus on energy chakra balancing, opening up the flow, expressing our unique energetic frequency, awakening our untapped strength & potential and integrating all that comes to the surface.
We will move through a Kundalini Kriya, Chakra Balancing Meditation & Mantra Chanting.
Sacred Sounds - Kundalini Chanting
Sacred Sounds is a 90 min Kundalini experience of a gentle yoga kriya followed by a powerful flow of vocal expression using your voice in Kundalini Chanting/Singing. The use of our most divine primal energy medicine of our voice to access deep parts of ourselves and express that energy in transformational frequency healing.
Whether you are just registering for this class or purchasing the Summer Class Pass please select the first date of July 6 and complete your registration.
