* Learn the basics of yoga. Feel & notice the benefits of yoga that incorporates physical and mental health.
* Nicolle will guide you through 30+ foundational postures, breath work, mindfulness, & meditation over 5 sessions. She offers modifications to find ease in poses that feels right for your body to move within your pain free range of motion.
* Great for people new to yoga and for those with experience who want to learn more about their practice.
