We often live under the weight of stories we’ve told ourselves between the limitations, labels, or “disabilities” that cloud our truth. In this class, you’ll use breathwork, movement, and mantra to push beyond illusion and reclaim your inner power.
We’ll close with a sacred meditation to see through mental fog and awaken clarity of purpose, empowering you to live without self-imposed barriers.
About Your Instructor:
Cassandra is a Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Author. With roots in chakra healing, aromatherapy, and energy work, she guides students to break through illusions, release blocks, and unlock their body’s natural energy. Through Universal Healings online platform, Cassandra shares practices that open the heart, expand awareness, and awaken your natural energy.
