Join me for a calming Reiki-infused sound bath experience to relax your body and mind. I use Tibetan singing bowls, quartz crystal bowls and pyramids, ocean drums, chimes, bells, a small gong, and more to bring your body into a restorative and healing state to ease discomfort.
Bring: Mat, pillow, blanket, water. Dress in layers.
