KUNDALINI SERIES: EMPOWERING THE HEART CENTER AND PRACTICING COMPASSION

This 5-class series opens the flow of energy through the heart center. Each of the 5 different kriyas are designed to clear, balance and illuminate the subtle body with asana, pranayama, and mantra. After the kriya, further dissolve energetic blocks with a planetary gong bath, and close with the ancient practice of Metta meditation.
