This tranquil session blends soothing vocals, and healing frequencies of crystal bowls, handpan, ocean drum and many healing instruments to guide you into deep relaxation. Experience the ultimate calm as stress melts away and a restful, rejuvenating sleep envelops you. This Sunday evening is perfect for unwinding after a busy week and resetting your mind and body for the week ahead.

At the start of each session, you'll be guided through a simple meditation exercise designed to help you fully immerse in the present moment

Things to expect

• Please arrive on time to settle in.
• You will be sitting during the beginning and then lying down most of the time throughout the sound journey.
• Please wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers, as temperature tends to drop in your body when you lie down in a state of relaxation.
• Bring a pillow or support for your neck lying down.
• You can bring an eye mask to go in deeper.
• There will be yoga mat, yoga blanket and bolster provided. Please feel free to bring extra support that makes you feel cozy.
• Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.
