Kundalini Yoga balances the nervous and glandular systems, the energy centers, mental and physical body. It gives you the tools to handle the physical and mental stress.
This is a 4 class beginner series. You should still find yourself challenged but it will offer more explanation and move at an easier pace.
Steven Fitzpatrick is a certified yoga teacher with KRI (Kundalini Research Institute), 200ryt level one instructor training, and 60ryt level 2 mind and meditation.
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you like.
