This kundalini ceremony is designed to restore peace and balance to your stomach and manipura chakra.
Your navel is the home of over seventy two thousand meridians and is acknowledged in the yoga philosophy as the Power house of your energy system. It is known as the Nabhi or home of your personal power. The direct translation for manipura is 'lustrous jewel'.
In martial arts, it is equally as important and is referred to as the Tantien, the centre of our conciousness, It is the element of fire in our body which can be life sustaining or destroying depending on how it is harnessed. We call it 'Agni' the spiritual flames that can burn through impurities and unhealthy energies or when out of balance it can destroy and annihilate.
We must learn to harness the power of the navel in order to unlock all the incredible gifts and talents stored within, so that we can excel in our human form and digest physical and spiritual food effortlessly.
